September 18, 2014 - Regular Meeting with Public Hearing on the Budget Agenda Item #32 Item Title C-25 SEDNET LSF Health Systems Amendment August 2014 Issue/Rationale This amendment to the Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. contract is to correct several issues brought to the attention of LSF by providers throughout their system of care as being inconsistent or unnecessarily burdensome.  This revision also encompasses changes to statute and Florida Administrative Code which have occurred since the last amendment.
